The Metro Detroit Athletics offers players collegiate instruction including

and an introduction to the requirements of achieving the goal of playing collegiate baseball. The A’s will play a very competitive schedule with local and out-state tournaments, while still practicing and concentrating on instruction designed to help make complete ballplayers. The A's coaching staff consists of former college players who place an emphasis on practices during the week and competitive tournaments on the weekends. Tournaments are selected to maximize your exposure to college recruiters and coaches. Every graduating senior who has played for the A's in 2009 and 2010 has gone on to play college ball from D1 to NAIA.
